Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation when tracking information becomes available.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the conditions shown on the website or at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customs procedures, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

If tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

EVAM BABY cannot control customs processing times or local import charges.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking information shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbours, and the delivery carrier before contacting us.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email evammbaby@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs.
