30-Day Return Policy

EVAM BABY accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after an order is delivered.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Email evammbaby@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

Used items, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use a tracked service, as EVAM BABY cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

To receive a different item or colour, request a return and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded according to our Refund Policy.
